The Problem
CFA UK’s digital experience had not kept pace with the expectations of a highly professional, global membership base including charter-holders, candidates, and corporate partners. Key journeys across professional development, events, research, and member services were fragmented, inconsistent, and difficult to navigate, reducing engagement and increasing internal operational friction.
